Product info was on our desk, suppliers sourced and dealt with, translation and explanation of process was spot-on and we got the desired result in product price and quality.
　　On the one occasion when time was of the essence, we had to use a hotel sourced interpreter and we regretted it from the beginning. They knew nothing about our product nor did they take the time to learn about it and we felt that we had to do the translation ourselves in many occasions, resorting to hand signals.
　　To me that is an appalling business practice. The interpreter is you point of business contact make sure you get a good one. They worth their weight in gold.
